Q: When are you available to cater?

A: We are available 24/7 to cater your event. We can cater breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks. We even cater 3rd shift meals for companies with night shifts. Advance notice is needed for all catered events. Minimums and special fees may be apply.

Q: How much notice do you need for a new catering order?

A: Four days notice for new catering orders is appreciated; although, we can sometimes accommodate orders with less notice, depending on a few factors. While 4 days notice is appreciated, please note that orders are taken on a first come, first served basis and are dependent upon availability. It is very common that certain dates and times often book up days, weeks, and in rare cases, even months in advance, so we recommend that you reach out to confirm availability once you have some initial details available for your event (i.e. date, serving time, delivery location, and estimated headcount).

Q: What size & type of events do you cater?

A: Relish is available to cater all kinds of events and get togethers from weddings, corporate events and retirement parties to celebrations of life, quinceañeras, and bar & bat mitzvahs, just to name a few. We can cater up to 1000 people, or even as few as 10. All of our dishes are available à la carte for small or large occasions. Give us a call and we can help you make the right choices for your event.

Q: When can I call to place an order or ask a question?

A: We are available Monday-Friday 9:00am- 4:00pm to take orders over the phone or in person. We are also available on the weekend to take orders, but due to our catering business we might not be able to help you right away. Rest assured we will take care of your needs as soon as it is possible. Just leave us a message or send an email and we will respond ASAP!

Q: Where do you cater to?

A: We are available to cater anywhere in the greater Chicagoland area. For meals that are served warm we try to stay within a 45 minute drive time in order to keep food fresh and delicious. We can cater to homes and businesses in the following cities: Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Roselle, Hoffman Estates, Streamwood, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Hanover Park, Bartlett, Barrington, Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Itasca, Medinah, Elmhurst, Naperville, Wheaton, Palatine, and many, many more in the Chicago area!

Q: What do I need before I place my order?

A: Before you call, please have ready your catering date, approximate guest count, and menu picked out. We will also need all the information about where the party will be held and what time you want to start serving at. If it is a pick up order we will need to know what time you will be picking up. We also require a credit card number at the time of placing the order. If you can’t provide one, then a deposit will be required.

Q: How can I get a copy of your menu?

Q: How does your delivery service work?

A: We can deliver and setup your complete order any time. Our standard delivery fee is calculated by the distance traveled to your location from our headquarters and back. The standard rate is $1.25 per mile with a minimum charge of $20 and is calculated by the shortest amount of time according to Google Maps. To see an estimate on delivery distance CLICK HERE. Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Orders may be cancelled with no penalty when cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the order total. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the order total. We appreciate your understanding with this policy so that we may recoup food and labor costs in the event of unexpected cancellations. For larger events with staffing and services, please reach out to your event coordinator regarding the cancellation procedures for your event, as this policy does not apply to staffed events, and more notice is required for penalty-free cancellations. If your event required a 25% deposit to secure the booking, please note that these deposits are non-refundable.
